Freight Policy
  • Customer must be home for delivery.
  • Deliveries are curbside only.
  • Driver will need assistance off loading. (Extra Fees may apply)
  • Driver does not have to help with the offloading. We recommend having a few people available for the delivery time.
Payment Policy

We accept many different types of payments:
  • Personal Checks (Please allow up to 14 business days for personal checks to clear)
  • Money Orders
  • Cashier Checks.

Merchandise Credit:
  • All orders using merchandise credit must be faxed or sent via US Mail.

Order Modifications
  • Orders can not be modified once processed.
  • Order cancellations must be faxed.
  • E-Mail order modification/cancellations are not recommended.

Shipping Policy
  • We do not ship to Alaska & Hawaii
  • Most orders arrive in 5 to 7 days.
  • Most orders are shipped by Fedex, UPS or USPS
  • Shortages can sometimes occur. Please allow up to 30 days for delivery.
Return Policy
  • Merchandise can be returned within 30 days.
  • Item must be in its original condition and packaging.
  • Item must be sent Freight Pre-Paid.
  • Used items can not be returned:
  • The following items can not be returned:
    • Above Ground Pools
    • Chemicals
    • Heaters
    • In-Ground Pools
    • Paint
    • Safety Covers
  • Special orders and custom made items can not be returned.
  • C.O.D. returns or returns without a RA # will be refused.
